“All or Nothing” Video Shoot - “Save the Last Dance”

My solo career kicked off with "All or Nothing" from the Motion Picture "Save the Last Dance." Fatima who choreographed and directed the video is an unbelievable talent and the dancers were awesome. I am grateful to the co-star of the film, Sean Patrick Thomas, for appearing in my video as well as my good friend Mya. My dawg Damon Elliott also stopped by to show some love.

White House Visit for Music Education Programs

Of the projects that are important to me, Music Education, is at the fore. With support from the Grammy Foundation and VH1's Save the Music Foundation, I've been able to assemble valuable data in support of why keeping Music Education in schools is so important. This album is of my visit to the White House to present this data and my views on why Music Education must be a core educational program.

2 Day Visit - 101st Airborne Division @ Fort Campbell

One of the most memorable experiences of my life was the two days I spent with the legendary 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell just weeks after 9-11. They made me feel so welcome and it was such an honor to entertain these special protectors of precious freedoms we sometimes take for granted. Their sacrifices as well as the other members of America's armed forces cannot be overlooked and never forgotten. Over the two days I had lunch with the troops, dinner with the Commanding General and visited with students at the on-Fort school. I was given the privilege of seeing live training and I'm very proud to say I rappelled the Ranger's Wall (I have a medal to prove it).

Hail To the Redskins

What a great time I had performing at the Washington Redskins-Philadelphia Eagles Monday Night Football game. I've only recently, actually over the past four to five years, grown to love the NFL (because I was into Michael Jordan and basketball). And a main reason was that I experienced fans and support for a team like I'd never seen before.

I met a lot of wonderful people that evening including two people I greatly admire and respect: Darrel Green and John Madden. I even got to meet team owner Dan Snyder and members of his organization who made me feel right at home.

Warren Moon - Las Vegas Charity Bowling Event

I was honored to co-host The Warren Moon Charity at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. Some of the NFL's and NBA's top players were there and we had a ball bowling for the charity.  Tracy McGrady, Warrick Dunn, and "Too Tall” Jones," were there along with Warren of course.
